The NYPD has Arrested Natavia Lowery

Linda Stein, who was an American rock music manager and real estate broker, beat to death on October 30, 2007. She was found death in her $3 million 5th Avenue apartment.

The New York Sun reported:

Police arrested Natavia Lowery, who worked for Stein at Prudential Douglas Elliman, after she made statements that implicated her in the murder, a police department spokesman, Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne, said.

Ms. Lowery, a Brooklyn resident described by one person close to Stein as young and attractive, had access to Stein's Upper East Side apartment and was believed to be the last person to see her alive.

On the day of the murder at about 1 p.m., Ms. Lowery called Stein's yoga teacher, Patricia Smith, to cancel Stein's class for the following day, Ms. Smith said.

The investigators worked seriously to find out the exact clues to detect the murderer and asked to Patricia Smith, Stein's yoga teacher too.
